iPhone Duo: Official Accessories from Apple
With its first foldable, Apple doesn’t miss the opportunity to profit from peripherals. And there’s also accessories for the 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max models.

You can’t pre-order the iPhone Duo yet, but Apple has already announced official accessories for its very first foldable. Thus, there will be at least two specially adapted cases at the beginning, only one of which really protects the device, costing at least 2300 euros. As usual, the target prices for the peripheral items are steep. There are also adapted accessories – but in more variations – for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, which will be delivered this week.
Magnetic with little protection
Apple’s first official case for the iPhone Duo is called the Folio with Stand. It is delivered in the colors “Navy Blue” and “Taupe” and costs 149 euros. It is held magnetically via MagSafe on the back of the foldable (when unfolded) and comes with a fold-out foot section on one side.

Underneath this is also a MagSafe magnet (which is also located on the outside). In practice, the Folio with Stand only protects the outer screen of the iPhone Duo, with covers on the device edges missing. To use the outer screen, you have to unfold the case. The Folio with Stand offers no protection for the inner screen at all. In practice, it also remains unclear how firmly it sits. The iPhone Duo Case in Sand and Navy Blue offers significantly more protection. It is attached in two parts and then sticks to the iPhone Duo, which makes removal somewhat difficult. The display edge is protected in each case. The price is 89 euros. There is no stand function.
Wristband with matching case
For iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max, Apple supplies various new cases in “functional fabric” (a mesh of plastic) and silicone. They cost 69 and 59 euros, respectively. There is also a Clear Case with MagSafe.
For the first time, Apple is also selling a wristband, the “Wristband.” It requires a matching case to hang it on (the iPhone itself lacks the necessary holes) and costs 29 euros. Finally, Apple has color-matched its wallets for the iPhone; new colors include Magenta, Hyacinth Blue, Dark Olive, and Burgundy, which are intended to match the new iPhone colors. Meanwhile, it has become known that iOS 27.1 on the iPhone Duo brings a new feature that can move the interface to the right on the outer display. The idea behind this: Slightly thicker cases (but not Apple’s own) should not hinder operation.
