Photo Gallery Breivik Stonewalls on Third Day of Trial
The front page of the Norwegian daily VG shows a photo Kevin Forts, a 23-year-old American who has outed himself as a supporter and pen pal of Anders Breivik. "I dream of one day meeting Breivik or talking to him on the phone," he said.
The third day of the trial in Oslo: Anders Breivik refused to answer detailed questions from Public Prosecutor Inga Bejer Engh, who had sought to question the suspect about his contacts with other militant nationalists and his alleged Templar Knights network.
"I do not wish to comment," 33-year-old Breivik said several times. "You'll have to skip it."
One day earlier, the trial experienced an unexpected delay after the court learned that Thomas I. had called for the death penalty against Breivik in an online comment on a newspaper's website.
Thomas I. was then removed as a lay judge in the trial.

Tuesday marked the first of five days in which Breivik is expected to testify in the case. Prior to the start of the trial, survivors and families of the victims feared that Breivik would use the courtroom as a stage from which to espouse his extremist views.
