Photo Gallery A Right-Wing Association
Ahead of the state elections in Baden-Württemberg in 2016, posters began appearing urging voters to cast their ballots for the AfD. They were paid for by the Coalition for the Preservation of the Rule of Law and Citizen Freedoms. The campaign was orchestrated by the advertising agency Goal AG.
Goal AG also funded the publication of free "newspapers" on the eve of state elections in Germany such as this one. The financing for the project may have come from Finck. Since then, close ties have been revealed between senior AfD members and those behind the marketing project.
Not long after the 2016 poster campaign, the erstwhile Coalition for the Preservation of the Rule of Law and Citizen Freedoms became a formal association and its first leader was David Bendels. This image shows Bendels together with Alice Weidel at an appearance in January 2017.
