Adolf Hitler's secret weapon never materialized, but what if he had thrown a World Cup? Would that have won the war for him?
The play "Mein Ball," currently running in Hamburg, imagines Hitler staging a World Cup to solve his political and military problems at the end of World War II. The comedy breaks a number of German taboos. Here, Hitler's body guard give the Führer a smooch.

Shades of Charlie Chaplin's "The Great Dictator" permeate the production. At one point, Hitler dances across the stage singing Marvin Gaye's "Sexual Healing."
