Photo Gallery Max Mosley vs. Google
In an interview, former racing boss Max Mosley discusses his successful legal battle against Google to filter out compromising sex photos, the fight for Internet privacy in the era of NSA spying and his endless quest for justice.
Mosley isn't the only famous person legally challenging Google over search results believed to violate privacy. Bettina Wulff, the ex-wife of former German Presient Christian Wulff, is taking legal action over the company's autocomplete feature, which included the word "prostitute" next to her name.
Here, Mosley (center) can be seen during a Formula One training session in Germany in 1981. "Google behaves like an adolescent rebelling against the establishment," Mosley says. "The company has to recognize that it is a part of society and it must accept the responsibility which comes with that."
