The skyline of Hong Kong's Victoria Harbor gleams through the sheer surface of Argentine artist Tomás Saraceno's installation "Poetic Cosmos of the Breath" at the "Mobile M+: Inflation!" art fair. The waterfront exibition was curated by the new museum for visual culture at the West Kowloon Cultural District.
