The Berlin Festival of Lights, which began on Wednesday and runs until the end of next week, claims to be the biggest illumination festival in the world. Over 70 light shows are being projected on to buildings and monuments including the Brandenburg Gate, the city's iconic television tower and the Olympic Stadium.
