Carl Billingsley's Red Centre, composed of 8,000 red and yellow flags, is one the entries at the "Sculptures By The Sea" exhibition on Tamarama beach, in the Sydney suburb of Bondi. The area, which has been described as the world's largest temporary sculpture park, opened to the public on Thursday.
