An aerial view taken Wednesday shows caravans stuck in flooded vineyards in Puget-sur-Argens in southeastern France. The caravans were carried away by dramatic flash floods caused by heavy rains in the region. Nineteen people have been killed in the area by flash floods and a dozen more are missing. More than 35 centimeters (14 inches) of rain fell in just a few hours there on Tuesday.
