Few would argue that this winter has been anything less than frigid in Central Europe. Here, the harbor of the northern German coast town of Greetsiel has frozen solid, with much of the North Sea looking to be following suit. Huge blocks of ice were seen floating in the sea on Tuesday. And more cold weather is to come: Temperatures in some parts of Germany are expected to drop as far as minus 20 degrees Celsius (minus 4 degrees Fahrenheit) on Tuesday night.
