Activists of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), a Kashmiri separatist party, brandish torches to mark World Human Rights Day in Srinagar on Dec. 10. The procession was held in protest against what the JKLF say are human rights violations by the Indian security forces on Kashmiris. JKLF -- which declared a ceasefire in 1994 against Indian security forces -- say they are politically undermined by their neighbours. Their region in Himalayas is claimed by both India and Pakistan, who both rule parts of it.
