Relatives of political prisoners and petty criminals eagerly await the release of their loved ones outside the Insein prison in Myanmar's capital, Yangon, on Oct. 12, 2011, a day after the country's new civilian president declared amnesty for 6,359 inmates in a gesture of liberalization after decades of brutal military rule.
