A hundred Israeli volunteers make a carpet composed of 500,000 flowers on Tel Aviv's Rabin Square. The floral display is a tribute from the city of Brussels as part of the Israeli city's 100th anniversary celebrations. Brussels Mayor Freddy Thielemans and Belgian Ambassador Benedicte Frankinet inaugurated the carpet -- which measures almost one-third of an acre -- on Tuesday. Its design was inspired by tiles and murals found in the homes of the people who founded the city.
