South African defender Matthew Booth and three of his teammates train Monday in Johannesburg for the World Cup. The month-long tournament kicks off Friday with two matches from Group A: host country South Africa vs. Mexico and Uruguay vs. France. This year's tournament marks the first time that the world's biggest sporting event takes place in Africa.
