It takes originality to attract today's tourists -- and the English village of Kettlewell doesn't disappoint, thanks to its annual Scarecrow Festival. The Yorkshire community kicked off the 2011 festival over the weekend, inviting participants to submit their scariest, or simply most eye-catching, scarecrows. This dapper cork construction, dressed as a barman, was one entry.
