A dead sperm whale is towed into the harbor town of Meldorf in northern Germany on Nov. 15. A fisherman found the 15 meter-long (50 feet) sea creature stranded off a nearby island in the North Sea and authorities dragged it to the mainland for examination. Weighing in at a whopping 30 tons, it is still unclear what will be done with the carcass.
