A member of the "Optimalist" heath club hacks a hole into the ice covering a canal near the village of Viazynka, some 40 kilometers (25 miles) northwest of Minsk, Belarus. The club promotes a healthy way of living, encouraging its members to spend most of their free time in the countryside.
