Silhouetted figures traipse across the ice on the Moskva River on skis. The river is where Russian Orthodox Church faithful were plunging into the icy waters on Jan. 18 to celebrate Orthodox Epiphany. The ceremony sees holes cut into the ice before priests conduct a service.
