He Pingping of Mongolia, the world's smallest man (74.61 centimeters, or 2 feet, 5.4 inches), stands between the legs of Russia's Svetlana Pankratova, proud owner of the world's longest female legs (her gams measure 132 centimeters, or 4 feet, 4 inches), as the two pose for pictures together at the launch the 2009 edition of the "Guinness Book of World Records." He's hometown also boasts Bao Xishun as its native son. At 2.36 meters (7 feet, 9 inches), Bao is -- officially, at least -- the world's tallest man.
