A photo taken by the Tenerife Vulcanologic Institute shows molten lava from an underwater volcanic eruption bubbling up to the surface off the coast of Spain's Canary Islands on Nov. 21. With the lava piling up, geologists believe new land could ultimately rise from the sea  near the island of El Hierro, creating a new addition to the archipelago.
