A Boeing 747 cargo plane broke in two as it took off at Brussels airport on Sunday. The jet, which belongs to the US-based cargo company Kalitta Air, had five people on board, who managed to escape via an inflatable emergency slide. Four of them suffered minor injuries. The plane was carrying 76 tons of cargo, over half of which was diplomatic mail.
