Emergency workers at the Cologne-Bonn Airport in Cologne, Germany, conducted a disaster preparedness drill on Wednesday that brought together fire fighters, police and rescue services from across the state of North-Rhine Westphalia. The disaster exercise was aimed at dealing with a horror scenario in which terrorists fired a rocket at a passenger jet at the airport, leaving countless injured or dead. The exercise was one of the largest ever to take place at the airport.
