A picture taken from a helicopter on Thursday shows a flooded farm field in northeastern Hungary. The area has been struck with torrential rains that have forced around 4,000 to evacuate their homes due to the rising waters of the Tisza River. Excessive rain in May and June has cause dangerous flooding in much of Central Europe, including Slovakia, Poland and eastern Germany.
