Veit Wunderlich from the company MS Watersports demonstrates a "JetLev Flyer" on Berlin's Spree River Wednesday. The device, strapped to the back of the pilot, works with a separate compressor on a dinghy and a hose filled with water connected to the pack. The water jet can lift the pilot as high as 10 meters.
